7-Day Exchange &Return Policy

At Upwings,we aim to provide a seamless shoppingexperience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return& Exchange

• Products can be returned or exchanged within7 days of delivery.
• There are no extracharges for exchanges; it’s on us!
• The item must be unused, unwashed,and in its original condition with all tags intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage,or missing brand tags willnot be accepted for return/exchange.

Return & Exchange Process

1. Initiate a Request: You can place a return/exchange request through our support portal.
2. Verification & Pickup: Once verified, a reverse pickup willbe initiated within24-48 hours.
3. Processing of Refund/Exchange:
   • Once picked up, the refund/exchange will be processed the same day.
   • If an exchangeproduct is unavailable, a gift card oralternative product will be offered.

Refund Policy

• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original paymentmode within 7-10 business days.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be transferred to the bank account providedat the time of request.
• Store Credits: Refunds may alsobe provided in the form of a gift card,redeemable online or in-store.

Self-Ship Option

• If our reversepickup service is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship theproduct to our warehouse.
• Shipping Address: Upwings Returns,[Warehouse Address], City, Pincode.
• Once we receivethe product, a full refund + INR 100 (courier charges)will be credited within 48 hours.

Order Cancellations

• COD Orders: Cancellations are allowedbefore dispatch.
• Prepaid Orders: Cancellations are not permittedafter placing the order. Refunds,if applicable, will be in the form of a gift card.

Shipping & Delivery

• Free shippingacross India for prepaid orders.
• COD orders may have a nominalshipping charge based on location.
• Order Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday).
• Delivery Time:Standard delivery within 5 days (mayvary by location).
• Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Important Notes

• Exchanges/returns are applicable for size issues, defects,missing parts, or damaged products.
• If returning a product boughtas a set, it must be returnedas a complete set.
• Items with perfume stains,odors, dents, scratches, or visible damage will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges that do not meet our quality standards.
